We level your shed on solid cement blocks, making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. Creating a ground barrier provides years of service and enhances protection from rot or insect damage. 

 We use 2x6 floor joists in all our sheds. Most other shed companies use 2x4s. Doing this makes for an incredibly strong shed floor. 

 We frame all our walls with top choice 2x4 wall studs, 24" on center. 

Our doors have a locking tee handle with keys. 

We include gable air vents on all of our sheds, other companies charge additional amounts.

We offer a choice of five popular shingle colors to choose from.

 We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is an exterior grade panelpre-primedd a natural tan color. It is treated so it will not absorb water.

  Our sheds have a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather. Everything else outside will get wet if it rains, but not a Virginia Beach Shed!

 If you look at old sheds, you quickly realize that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim boards used. We eliminate that from happening on our sheds by only using PVC trim boards. They never need paint, and they won't rot.

Our windows are available in white or brown. The bottom portion slides up and down and they have screens.

 If you would like a different color than the standard tan, we offer custom painting of sheds. We use the highest quality exterior paint. 

Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and can be customized. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions, umbrellas or any needed storage space.

 If you have a ride-on mower or snow blower, then you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.

We offer shed demo and removal service in our local area. (within 15-mile radius of our location)  We charge $8.00 per square ft. Example: 10x10 Old Shed = 100sq ft, so the price would be $800 to demo and dump. .

Extra single doors are a customizable option. 

Sometimes our customers may want two sets of double doors for easier access to the shed.  

Standard Side Wall is 6.5ft. For an additional cost,  7 or 8-ft high side walls are available. 

Transom windows in doors are available for an additional price. Virginia Beach Sheds LLC offers many custom features at great prices.
